It will repeat automatically based on a setting of \u00a0your choice. Open expense details or edit to find out more about the specific type of repeat.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/toshl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/6-5.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2356 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/toshl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/6-5.png?resize=100%2C100&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/><\/a>&#8211; You can set to be <strong>reminded<\/strong> when your expenses come up, or some time before. Once the expense is due, the bell icon will be replaced by a red dot, warning you that the expense is still unpaid.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/toshl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/7-5.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2357\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/toshl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/7-5.png?resize=540%2C72&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"540\" height=\"72\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/toshl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/7-5.png?w=748&amp;ssl=1 748w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/toshl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/7-5.png?resize=300%2C40&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/a>&#8211; Speaking of the devil&#8230; The <strong>red dot<\/strong>, warns you that the expense is still <strong>unpaid<\/strong>. Go into expense details, tap \u201cmark as paid\u201d and it shall go away.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Planned expenses<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you have any expenses entered on future dates this month, a special row will be shown on top of the list called \u201cplanned expenses\u201d. You can open it to reveal which expenses are coming up this month. When listed by date, the expenses are listed chronologically, with the latest ones on top.<\/p>\n<p>When listed by category, a list of all categories is shown. Categories with the highest sum of expenses are shown on top. Use the time span options to filter by time, or filter by accounts. You can find both types of filtering in the right sidebar.
