Details of The Partial Sync With v1 Apps

 

Full sync with v1 apps has now been restored. Thank you for your patience.

Android and Windows Phone apps (v1 apps) are not yet able to fully sync with the new web app and the new iOS app (v2 apps).

This is a temporary situation during the transition to Toshl 2.0.

We are  working to enable this functionality and it will be available in the upcoming days.

Until the full sync for v1 apps is enabled, the sync will work only in one direction:
Data added or edited in v1 apps (Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry 10) will show up in the v2 apps (web app, new iOS app).
Data added or edited in v2 apps (web app, new iOS app) will not show up in the v1 apps (Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry 10).

 

If you are using only the new 2.0 iOS app and web app, this will not affect you. All syncing will work normally.

Once the full sync is enabled again, data added meanwhile on v2 apps will sync back to your v1 apps.

 

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this gradual transition to the 2.0 system.
