New feature time! This one will help make your Toshl account more secure, just in case.

 

We’ve added two-factor authentication to Toshl.
You can turn it ON in the user settings (Me) in the web app.

 

You’ll need an up to date Toshl app for this to work. Most likely, it has already updated automatically.

 

2-factor authentication is supported in:

Toshl Finance for Android – version 2.0.17 and higher

Toshl Finance for iOS – version 2.0.14 and higher

Toshl Finance Web App – always up to date

 

 

Once two-factor authentication is turned on, your account will be protected by an additional code generated by an authentication app every 30 seconds. If anyone manages to guess or obtain your password, they won’t be able to log in without that extra code.

It’s optional, but we recommend everyone to set it up.
